[Service Design] Detran/CET (MG) – Vehicle Release
The project
Aimed to redesign the service with a focus on simplification to facilitate the digitization of the process for releasing vehicles impounded due to violations within the jurisdiction of the Minas Gerais Department of Motor Vehicles (Detran-MG).
Problem
It aimed to address the following challenges: services that still required in-person visits, paper-based processes, excessive bureaucracy, and excessive documentation required to access traffic services in Minas Gerais.
