Problem
Before the project, the monitoring of births and deaths in the Interconnected Units (UIs) was done through manually filled spreadsheets that were checked daily. With the increase in the number of Interconnected Units in the state, there was difficulty in maintaining daily monitoring and a need to structure a specific module for this action in the WebRecivil System.
The project
The objective was to map the requirements and functionalities for the creation of the query and monitoring module of the WebRecivil System, aiming to eradicate children’s under-registration. The WebRecivil system is the portal of services of the civil registrar of Minas Gerais developed by the Union of Civil Registry Officers of Natural Persons of the State of Minas Gerais (Recivil) and it is used to register births and deaths in the state of Minas Gerais.
